Directions for use:

• Always test essential oils first by performing a skin patch test
• Adding 1 teaspoon to a bowl of boiling water for steam inhalation; and rubbing on the chest and around the nose, may assist with nasal congestion, and may help loosen mucus build up
• Apply small localised amounts of eucalyptus oil to a cold sore or ulcer may reduce pain and accelerate the healing process
• Eucalyptus oil is often used as an essential oil with a diffuser for aromatherapy and may promote relaxation
• Other uses include laundry additive to freshen clothes, a stain remover, a room freshener and as a bath or sauna additive (place 2 drops in a carrier oil)
